What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. However, if you need assistance, please reach out to us at info@proaginglabs.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

How to track my order?

The moment your package is shipped, we’ll send a friendly email saying that  “Your order is on its way!”. Inside you’ll find a live tracking link so you can follow the order.

How long does shipping take?

Typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

Delivery windows begin once your order ships. Your parcels are packed quickly, but weekends and holidays can add a little extra time.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. However, expanding internationally is on our radar, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated once we start shipping internationally.

What if my order arrives damaged, is missing, or marked as delivered but not received?

If your order is damaged or missing, send us a message at info@proaginglabs.com.

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact our support team at info@proaginglabs.com.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

When you sign up for the subscription program, you will automatically receive your chosen products every month.

Benefits:
- Convenience: Never run out.
- Savings: Enjoy exclusive discounts.
- Flexibility: Manage your plan anytime.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like by logging into your account.

Any changes to your subscription, including address updates, product quantity, pauses, or cancellations, must be made before the subscription is processed. Once an order has been processed, we’re no longer able to cancel, modify, or refund that shipment.

Do you offer subscription discounts?

Yes! We offer a 20% subscription discount on orders!

How do I update/change my subscriptions?

Auto-ship subscriptions can be updated/changed through your "Profile" section of the website.  Upon login, click "Subscriptions management" then by each subscribed product you wish to update.
